AO-0012 A pair of architectural OAK COLUMNS.  English c. 1850

Size:  24" H x 6 1/2" W x 5" D

AO-0013 Mid-19th English Century over-door walnut carving with angels and the motto for the Order of Garter. 'Honi soit qui mal y pense’ (French for ‘Evil be to him who evil thinks’) appears on a garter which surrounds the shield. This garter symbolizes the Order of the Garter, an ancient order of knighthood of which the Queen is sovereign.
